Cycle Scheme

What is Cycle Scheme & How do I get a bike?

Your easy steps to getting a bike through Cyclescheme…

Is your employer signed up?

To get a bike through Cyclescheme, your employer needs to be signed up to the scheme. If your employer is not signed up, or you are not sure, speak to your manager or HR department, and direct them to this site.
You can also invite your employer to join.

Choose a bike & drop in.

We will take the time to talk about what sort of bike and equipment is best for you, and provide you with a written quote for your employer.

Request your secure certificate online.

Go to your employer’s special Cyclescheme web address to request your certificate. If you are not sure what this is, ask your manager or Cyclescheme administrator.

We will ask your employer to confirm your eligibility and approve your request, and then send them an invoice for the bike package. A hire agreement will also be sent to you to sign. As soon as the bike is paid for, we will send you your printed certificate, which you can then take to a bike shop to exchange for a bike and equipment.

Remember that you can track your request at any time by clicking on My Cyclescheme.

Bring your certificate to Cycle Junxion shop.
At Cycle Junxion you can exchange it for your chosen bike and equipment. You can call us on 0203 475 7778to first check what we currently have in stock. You will also need to bring a photographic ID with you, such as your passport or driving license. This helps us to ensure the equipment reaches you safely.
How does payment work?

our hire payments are deducted from your gross monthly salary. At the end of the hire period employees may be given the opportunity to buy the bike for the market value, however this cannot be an automatic entitlement. Many employers opt for Cyclescheme to take ownership of the bikes at the end of the hire term, in which case any offer sale to the employee will come directly from Cyclescheme.

Commuter Tales – Ben:

Ben is another one of Cyclescheme’s 12 Super Commuters, he represents London and is a teacher. We had guessed that Ben could wax lyrical all day about his bike’s ability to reduce his commuting time and unsurprisingly this video substantiates our assumptions!

Commuter Tales – Rob:

Rob is a total cycling convert. He has already bought two bikes through CycleScheme, and is still as enamoured with cycling as ever. He has even earned himself the nickname, ‘Lycra Dude’ in his office!
